National Home Medical is in the process of adding new providers to our network for a wide spectrum of services. In order to nominate your company or service into the NHM network, please send a letter of interest via fax to 813-615-1033 or email.

Once we receive your nomination we will send you the appropriate contract for your review and necessary credentialing procedures when applicable.

We welcome suppliers and providers with diverse backgrounds and welcome those that utilize cutting-edge technology while practicing patient care with the latest developments in health care sciences.

If you are already a provider with an established relationship with NHM and seek expanded opportunities for business we are always seeking preferred providers that meet certain criteria. Our mapping system usually allocates providers within a 60-mile radius, however, if you are willing to expand your service area while still providing timely service we will consider your capabilities.
